It’s been quiet around here

It has, hasn’t it?  Not much scribbling.  That’s because the day job over at communication agency Freeman Christie (how I love cheesy SEO copy) has been, well, a tad busy.

We’ve written more proposals in the last month and a half than in the last six months. Now we simply need to sit back and wait for the business to roll in.

Ah, that’s better.  Just got back up off the floor where I’d been lying, holding my sides and laughing.

But there is good news (at least for me).  The Oxford Mail has asked me to start writing a motorcycling column for them.  The pay’s dreadful but I couldn’t give a damn.  It’ll mean I have a permanent excuse to write about something I love and an excuse to go looking for stories.
